1 Processing of Data

Your personal data is collected by Herbosch Architects when you request services from us as a client or when you contact us in any other way, for example as a supplier. The data is processed for customer management, accounting and public relations purposes.

More specifically, this concerns data we need to carry out and complete the project or future projects, which may include your personal data, professional data and financial data.

We receive the data directly from you or lawfully from third parties.

In order to provide an optimal service in connection with the above-mentioned purposes, this personal data may be communicated to persons involved in your order and its handling. In special cases, we may also be obliged to pass on your data to the Belgian authorities, foreign governments or international institutions.

All your details will be treated with the greatest possible discretion. You may at any time request an overview of your data and, if necessary, have them changed or deleted. 3 Final Provisions

Should any discrepancies arise between the provisions of this Privacy Policy and the agreement between Herbosch Architects and the client, the provisions set out in the agreement will prevail. Herbosch Architects expressly reserves the right to change this Privacy Statement at any time, without prior notice.
